The vertical wall-mounted piece "Bones of Earth" is made of core samples drilled in the Kawarthas. The stone was found 40-50 feet below the earth's crust and contains a mixture of granite and mica.
Christy cut and laminated a layer of thick recycled window glass through each stone. The stones are mounted to create a feeling of tumbling stones. This bold, yet simple piece will be a conversation starter when displayed in your home
